Who is Stacey?

Hey! I’m Stacey. I’m a virtual assistant with over 12 years experience in clinic management. I also own my own private therapy practice. As a long-time clinic manager and a private practice owner, I know just how much time and effort go into your business and how trying to be front-desk, practitioner, bookkeeper, marketer and all the other jobs of a business owner can quickly burn us out.

That’s where I come in! I support healthcare practitioners in getting back to the parts of their businesses that they love - seeing clients!

  Fee increase effective May 2026. $32 CAD/HR.

Retainer Packages

• Retainer packages are billed at the start of the month.

• Packages start at 5 hours.

• Packages discount rate compared to hourly fees.
